Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FieldFlow, a field-service management application operated by S1 Solutions LLC ("S1 Solutions," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using FieldFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

FieldFlow provides scheduling, routing, crew management, invoicing, payment collection, time tracking, estimating, and reporting tools for service businesses. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account, including crew members you invite.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) through our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Fees are stated at signup and in your billing settings. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. See our Automatic Renewal Disclosure for details.
  • Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or downgrade your account until payment succeeds.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Billing settings or by emailing fieldflow@s1solutions.biz. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a period.

5. Payments You Collect From Your Customers

FieldFlow lets you collect payments from your customers via your own connected Stripe account (and, if enabled, cryptocurrency). In those transactions you are the merchant of record. You are responsible for your pricing, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and compliance with card-network rules and applicable law. S1 Solutions is not a party to transactions between you and your customers and does not hold your funds.

6. Your Data & Customer Data

You retain ownership of the business and customer data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the service. You represent that you have the right to enter your customers' information and to send them invoices, quotes, and reminders through FieldFlow. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use FieldFlow to send spam or messages that violate CAN-SPAM or other anti-spam laws;
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
  • Attempt to breach security, access other tenants' data, or reverse-engineer the service;
  • Resell or provide the service to third parties except your own crew members.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep FieldFlow available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S1 Solutions disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. FieldFlow's reports and estimates are tools to assist you; you are responsible for verifying pricing, taxes, payroll, and financial figures before relying on them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S1 Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless S1 Solutions from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content or customer data, your transactions with your customers, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or fail to pay. On termination you may request export of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
