Plain-language summary: When you subscribe to a paid FieldFlow plan, your subscription automatically renews and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period — every month for monthly plans, every year for annual plans — until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals.

What Automatically Renews

  • Your paid FieldFlow subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • Billing frequency: the interval you chose at signup — monthly or annual.
  • Amount charged: the plan price shown at signup and in your Billing settings, plus applicable taxes. If the price changes, we will notify you before the change takes effect.
  • When you're charged: on each renewal date, using the payment method on file with our processor, Stripe.
  • Duration: renewals continue indefinitely until you cancel.

How to Cancel

You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, by either:

  • Opening Settings → Billing in your FieldFlow account and cancelling your subscription; or
  • Emailing fieldflow@s1solutions.biz with your account email and a request to cancel.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for; we do not charge you again after you cancel. Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for the current period.

Free Trials

If your plan includes a free trial, your subscription begins — and automatic billing starts — at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. The trial length and the price that applies afterward are shown at signup.

Changes & Notice

We will provide advance notice of any change to your subscription price. This disclosure is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
